Trempealeau County Fair Camping Rules & Policies

·        Campers can be brought to the grounds during the following times:

o   Saturday, July 11th 8 am – 1 pm

o   Monday, July 13th 6 pm - 8 pm

·        No one is allowed to stay at the fairgrounds on Monday, July 13th.

o   Camping available for five nights (Tuesday- Sunday)

·        Camping spots are available on first come, first serve basis. However, preference will be given to those traveling more than 15 miles to the fairgrounds.

·        Rental fee is due at the time of rental agreement submission. NO online submissions/payments will be accepted for 2026. ALL rental agreements must be mailed and paid via check.

·        Bathrooms, showers, and storm shelter available on the grounds

·        All camping must be done in designated areas

·        Campsites assigned to adults only. No one under 18 can camp without an adult present.

·        The Trempealeau County Fair Board reserves the right to deny camping privileges if rules are not followed.

·        Handicap sites available upon request

·        No pets or show animals are to be in the camping area.

Deadline to register is June 15, 2026

         $90 (Five nights, includes electrical only, No A/C, No water)                   

         $175 (Five nights, includes electrical, A/C, and water)

Rental agreements postmarked after June 15th will pay a penalty fee of $100.

Rental agreements will not be accepted after July 1st .
