Entry Information

Welcome and thank you for using the online entry for the 2024 Trempealeau County Fair! To begin the entry process, please read through the instructions below. The link will take you to the 'Fair Entry' software that we have implemented.

Entry Deadlines: Entries will be accepted on manual (paper) forms and through our online “FairEntry” Software. Online entry will be available from May 1st to June 17th.

Entry blanks for Junior/Open class exhibits are enclosed in the front of this book.

*NEW in 2024: Junior class entries cannot be paid as a lump sum by the 4-H club. Each exhibitor should submit their own entry and payment through FairEntry.

All mailed entries/payments shall be postmarked by June 17th. After making a copy for yourself, mail the original entry form. Payments will be accepted thru FairEntry, on the fair’s website or must be postmarked by June 17th. Make checks payable to Trempealeau Co. Ag. Society and mail to Tremp. Co Fair Entries, PO Box 206, Galesville, WI 54630.


Entry Tag Pickup: Entry tags will be available for pickup on the Saturday preceding the fair at the fairgrounds after the fair clean-up. Superintendents meeting will be at 10:00 AM. Tags for exhibitors who have paid their entry fee will be available at noon. For tags not picked up on this date, exhibitors will need to contact the Fair secretary at tcfair@live.com, Entry tags can also be picked up the Monday or Tuesday of Fair week at the Fair office. This includes Junior and Open class tags.

Note: Drawing & Painting Judging will no longer be held prior to the fair.

  • Online entry will be available from May 1st through June 17th. 

  • If you miss the deadline and still wish to enter please contact the fair secretary, Lynn Nelson, at tcfair@live.com


Tips for Exhibitors

  • Recommended browsers: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Older versions of Internet Explorer may cause unexpected behavior.

  • Register all entries for each exhibitor in the family before proceeding to the Payment section.

  • Be sure to click the “Submit” button when you have completed your entries. Entries are not final until they have been submitted.

  • Check your email inbox for a confirmation email with a list of your entries and any related fees.

  • You will receive a second email when your entries have been approved by your fair.

Premise ID and The Animal ID and Check-In Form will need to be provided at the time of check in with the Superintendent. Animal ID and Check-In Form can be found on the fair's website in the online version of the Fairbook or in the printed fairbook.
