Venders and Merchants
We are continuing our work to improve the merchants building. If you wish to be an indoor vender, please follow the information on the sheet. If you would like to be an outside vendor, please contact Merchant Building Superintendent Rob Grover by using the form below. ** New for 2013 ** When filling out the form you can also indicate your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of location. There are no guarantees as to you getting those spots, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

The 2013 Trempealeau County Fair will be held July 25-28, 2013. We are inviting you to be a part of our fair. We are looking to increase interest to the displays in the Merchant’s Building with added demonstrations and action exhibits. We encourage booths be manned at all times, and providing some form of demonstration/sales information from your organization. We all know it is really easy to just walk by something that is only a display without getting any information about it if no one is there to answer questions or promote the display.
Space rental fees are $75.00 for a single Merchants Building space and $150.00 for a double space. Outdoor spaces are available for larger displays, priced according to the size you request. Please contact Kellen for more information.
There are a limited number of outside spaces for those with equipment appropriate to outside display. We will provide electricity to the space provided.
Food booth's need to contact Kellen Nelson, for information regarding space rental fees.
Each year we ask that all food vendors provide us with proof of insurance. .
The Fair does not provide tables or chairs. Each Merchant’s building booth is 8’X 10’, partitioned off and has lighting and electrical outlets. Decorations must be in good taste and without interference with other booths.
During the Fair the Merchant’s Building will officially be open to the public as follows:
Thursday 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm Friday 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Sunday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Food booths are welcome to set their own open hours taking the public demand into consideration.
