Welcome and thank you for trying the online entry page for the 2019 Trempealeau County Fair! To begin the entry process, please read through the instructions below and then you will find the online entry link at the bottom of this page, which will take you to the Blue Ribbon Online Fair program used for online entries.
Online entries are due no later than June 30th.
Paper entries due and must be postmarked by June 15th.
Late entries will be accepted until July 15th - late entry fee of $20 applies. Contact Cindy George at firstname.lastname@example.org to make your late entry.
Entry Fee Deadlines:
Payments not mailed or completed online by June 30th will be subject to the $20 late entry fee.
Paid Online: Entry fees must be paid online by June 30th. Go to www.trempealeaucountyfair.com and then click on More, then click on Fair Store.
Mailed: Entry fees must be postmarked by June 30th and mailed/payable to Trempealeau County Ag Society, PO Box 206, Galesville, WI 54630
Clubs that pay for their members can still bring their check to the entry tag pick up day.
Entry Tag Pickup:
Entry tags for those who have paid their entry fee by June 30th will be available on July 13th at noon.
Entry tags for those who did not pay their entry fee by June 30th will be available on July 13th at 1:15pm.
Online entry will be available from May 1st through June 30th. If you want to enter as a late entry from July 1st - 15th, contact Cindy George at email@example.com .To enter online you will need to “create a new user account.” Creating a new user account involves simply entering the information you would normally put on your written entry form. Be sure to double check that you entered your email address correctly since your entries will be emailed to you after you check out. Entry payments must be postmarked by June 30th, or made through the online payment system by June 30th to avoid having to pay the late entry fee of $20. This applies to all exhibitors. Entry payments at time of entry tag pick up will only be accepted from those 4-H clubs who pay entry fees for their club members.
If you realize that you forgot to enter an item, no worries! Just simply go back into your account and add the item (don’t forget to check out) as long as you are doing so before the entry deadline of midnight on June 30th.
For those with animal entries, you will need to furnish your Premise ID and animal ID numbers on the Animal ID and Check-In Form at the time of check in with the Superintendent on Thursday of the Fair. Animal ID and Check-In Form is found on the Trempealeau County Fair website under Fair book and then General Fair Information.
Did I Check Out Correctly After Submitting My Entries?
You will know if you completed your online entry correctly for you will see a confirmation of your entries while still in Blue Ribbon Fair Online Entry, and you will also receive an email of your entries to the email address on your user account. If you did not receive an email, you should try the following:
· Check your user account and make sure you entered your email address correctly. Make sure you correct it if you enter any more entries at a later date.
· Check your Junk mail to see if it went into there.
· Lastly, you may not have checked out correctly. Go back into your online account and see if you have anything in your “Pending Entries.”
