Trempealeau County Fair Entry Form
Entry Tag Pick-up Locations/Times Northern entry tags the week of July 11th can be picked up at the 4-H Extension office. Southern entry tags (those south of Blair) will be at the Fair office. Fair office hours the week of July 11th will be....Tuesday (12th) and Wednesday (13th) 5:30-6:30pm. All entry tags (both northern and southern) not picked up by July 15th will all be located at the Fair office starting Saturday, July 16th. Fair office hours will be 9-11am on Saturday, July 16th and on Wednesday, July 20th from 6-8pm.
2011 FAIR ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS Online Entry- New this year is online entry! Try it out, it is very simple! Online entry will be available starting May 25th to June 11th. Here is the link to access online entry through Blue Ribbon Fair Online.... Click Here To Do Online Entries You will first of all need to "create a new user account." Creating a new user account is simply inputting the information you would normally enter on your manual entry form. If you enter your information online and you forgot an entry, you can simply log back in to your account and add the class as long as you are still within the acceptance time frame for online entries. Helpful hint....if you get an error after entering your department, class, and lot, please click on the "Premium Book" tab online and double check your entry information. You should use the department, class, and lot that is on the online program "Premium Book". Payment for online entries is due to the fair office by Saturday, June 18th. Please make checks payable to Tremp. Co. Ag. Society and mail to Tremp. Co Fair Entries, PO Box 206, Galesville, WI 54630. Be sure to attach a note, or write in the memo portion of the check, the name of the exhibitor(s). Entry tags will be available for pickup on Saturday, July 9, 2011 at the fairgrounds during the fair clean-up (10am-noon)/Superintendents meeting (11am). For tags not picked up on this date, the northern half of the county will be at the University Extension office, Whitehall and the southern half of the county will need to pick up their tags from Cindy George, 608-582-4508. This includes Junior and Open class tags. Manual Entry - Please Note: There are now separate entry forms for Junior and Open class entries! Go to the "Fairbook" link on the left side of this page and this will take you to the fairbook. Entry forms are towards the front of the fairbook. Or you can click on these links for entry forms..... Open Class Entry Form Junior Class Entry Form Entry blanks for Junior/Open class exhibits are enclosed in the front the fair book. Please click on the "Fair Book" tab on the left side of this page to get access to the 2011 TCF fair book. Entry forms will be at the front section of the fair book. Print off page 4 for the Junior Entry Form, and print off page 5 for the Open Class entry form. Junior class entries to be paid in one check by the club/chapter should be sent in together on a club or chapter basis along with the check. Junior class entries to be paid by the individual can be sent in individually. All mailed entries/payments shall be postmarked by 4:30pm on Friday, June 10, 2011. After making a copy for yourself, mail the original entry form and payment to Tremp. Co Fair Entries, PO Box 206, Galesville, WI 54630. Please make checks payable to Tremp. Co. Ag. Society. Entries can be left at the University Extension Office, Whitehall until 4:30 pm on Friday, June 10, 2011. Any changes to entries shall be made before Friday, June 17, 2011. No new entries, additional items added or changes to tag corrections without authorization will be accepted after Fri., June 17, 2011. Clerical changes, if originally entered, will be allowed but must be conveyed to the fair secretary.
